These terms govern the use of Adjeva by clients, professionals, supervisors and diaspora sponsors.
Key terms
Eligibility
Accounts are role-based. Providers and supervisors must complete the certification pathway before becoming publicly visible.
Client obligations
Clients verify email, phone number and payment method before hiring or funding services, and describe the work honestly.
Payments
Client work uses protected milestone payments. Payment release requires client approval or a documented human decision.
Adjeva Credits
Credits are closed-loop platform credits for platform services only. They are not currency, investments or wages.
Keeping work on platform
Transactions and sensitive communications must stay inside Adjeva so that records and protections remain intact.
Suspension and removal
Certification may be suspended or removed after documented human review. Appeals are reviewed by a different person.
Liability
Adjeva provides the platform, verification and payment protection described here. Adjeva is not the employer of the professionals listed and is not a party to the work agreement between a client and a professional.
