Accept only work you can complete, and complete what you accept on the agreed terms.
Be punctual
Arrive and deliver on time. Communicate delays before the deadline, not after it.
Communicate professionally
Use clear, respectful, professional English inside the platform.
Protect client information
Never share client data, files, addresses or photographs outside the agreed work.
Handle mistakes honestly
Report errors immediately and propose a correction. Concealment is treated more seriously than the mistake.
Protect the platform
Do not move transactions off-platform, fabricate reviews, or misrepresent your certification.
